At Yard Energy Group taking the roll as Director Operations being end-responsible for development, multi-contracting tendering (FIDIC) according to project finance criteria, construction and asset management of renewable energy projects. At this moment end-responsible for the construction of 5 windfarms simultaneously, reaching CoD of 200MW.

Project Manager at Global Tech 1, 1,6 Billion Euro Offshore Wind Project. Global Tech I is one of the first offshore wind farms built in the German North Sea. The wind farm’s array consists of 80 wind turbines each with a capacity of 5 MW and so has a total installed capacity of 400 MW. This will realistically provide electricity generated by environmentally friendly wind energy of more than 1.4 billion kilowatt hours per year.

Successfully finalized feasibility, erection and commissioning of a green field 10 M € factory in Africa to European standards, including defining HR structure of 70 full time employees, selecting and hiring all employees, having all Standard Operating Procedures of the 24/7 production plant made, setting up maintenance organisation, maintenance planning software, building up stock of critical spare part stock etc. Experienced in successful change / improvement management of existing processes.
